• Working alongside and supporting estimators in the pricing the works and ensuring compliance against the scope document
• Identification and production of project risk schedule
• Procurement strategy advice and the agreement/appointment of subcontract packages
• Support in the production of the contract sum and working throughout this process in a collaborative manner with clients advisors

End Clients and Developers

• Budgeting and procurement advice, provided independently throughout to protect your investment and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Attendance at design team meetings when required and to monitor cost
