About Me

With over 40 years of main contracting experience, I’ve led the commercial function on a number of diverse and challenging projects at both pre and post contract stages ranging from £5m to £120m in value. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Chartered Construction Manager.

Clients have included both public bodies (either through a direct appointment or via a national and regional frameworks) and private clients.

My work has spanned education (new build, extension and refurbishment of education facilities), care (including high-specification new build care homes), waste (new recycling centres and waste transfer stations), and aviation (both landside and airside).

Several of these schemes have been nominated for, shortlisted for, or won industry awards, including Best Entire Project Team

Given the ongoing demand for quantity surveying services in a range of environments, we apply our experience by supporting subcontractors, contractors, developers and private clients by providing independent project and commercial services to help win work competitively and to manage projects profitably.
